In Sulaymaniyah province, a series of drone attacks have recently targeted several villages, as confirmed by a source from the governor’s office of Penjwen to Channel8.
The villages of Nizara and Kani Mirana in Penjwen were struck by drones on Friday evening.
The attack occurred behind the villages and did not reach the residential areas.
Additionally, in a separate incident today, Turkish aircraft carried out multiple airstrikes on the Kewarash mountain range in Ranya district this afternoon.
