A Peshmerga named Osman Rzhdi was killed in Turkish bombings in Sheladze, Duhok province.
Kamran Osman, a member of the Iraqi Kurdish team of the Christian Peacemaker Teams (CPT), informed Channel 8 that Turkish aircraft targeted the village of Bariske in Shiladze at 5:25 AM today, resulting in the death of a Peshmerga.
The deceased was identified as Osman Rzhdi Rekani, 32, who was married but had no children. He was tending to his beekeeping activities when the bombing occurred.
According to a US organization, Turkish bombings have claimed the lives of nine civilians this year. Five of these casualties occurred in Gara Mountain in Amedi, three in Syedkan, and one in Sulaymaniyah. Additionally, two civilians have been injured this year due to the ongoing airstrikes.
