Channel8 has received congratulations from key Iraqi figures after securing three prestigious international awards.
The channel claimed two gold awards in the German NYX Awards for excellence in television branding, along with a bronze medal at the Eyes & Ears Europe Awards.
Sabhan Mullah Jihad, the political advisor to the Iraqi Prime Minister, praised the achievement, stating:

Jumana al-Ghalai, spokesperson for the Iraqi Independent High Election Commission (IHEC), also lauded Channel8, emphasizing its regional influence: “Channel8 is one of the most prominent media institutions in the region. We value their commitment to covering the Kurdistan parliamentary elections and their efforts to provide reliable information.”
