Multiple of the planet's foremost artificial intelligence companies pledged new safety measures at an international gathering in Seoul on Tuesday, as detailed in a statement by the British government.

In a release issued by Britain's Department for Science, Innovation, and Technology, UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak commented, "These commitments guarantee that the leading AI firms worldwide will offer transparency and accountability regarding their endeavors to create secure AI."
