The move follows warnings by Iranian Defense Minister Aziz Nasirzadeh, who said Tehran would strike U.S. bases in the region if nuclear talks with Washington collapse or armed conflict erupts.

While the U.S. government has not officially announced an evacuation, Reuters said contingency plans are being reviewed as tensions escalate across the region.
