Bafel Jalal Talabani, President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), extended his congratulations to Donald Trump on his inauguration as President of the United States.

"I extend my heartfelt congratulations to President Donald Trump on his inauguration as the President of the United States of America," Talabani stated in his message.

Highlighting the significance of U.S.-Kurdish relations, he remarked, "His leadership marks a new chapter in the enduring relationship between the Kurdish people and the people of the United States of America."

Talabani expressed optimism about future collaboration, adding, "I look forward to working with his administration to strengthen our historical bonds and to promote peace and stability in the region. Together, our nations can build a safer and more prosperous world for all."
