UNESCO has added several natural, cultural, and religious landmarks to its World Heritage List, including Georgia's Okefenokee Swamp, a centuries-old Buddhist temple in Thailand, historic towns in Comoros, and heritage sites in India, China, and South Korea.

Amid fresh mountain air, the Cultural and Local Products Festival has begun in Penjwen. The event highlights traditional handicrafts, authentic regional foods, and the natural bounty of the area’s fields and mountains.

The inaugural "SuliFest" national festival has generated an unprecedented wave of public attendance and local economic activity within its first four days, setting a historic benchmark for cultural events in the Kurdistan Region and federal Iraq.

Entering its second day continues to draw crowds to Sulaymaniyah’s Hawary Shar Park following its grand opening.

Attendance is projected to surpass 500,000 visitors, with the event's digital and media footprint expected to generate more than 500 million views globally.

Preparations for the largest national festival in Sulaymaniyah have entered their final stage. With the participation of more than 260 companies and a wide range of activities, the gates of “Suli Fest” are set to open to citizens and tourists alike.
