Iraq’s Prime Minister, Mohammed Shia Sudani, has revealed a series of initiatives aimed at assisting young entrepreneurs and investors.

Chairing the fourth High Youth Council meeting on March 17, 2024, the Prime Minister focused on various youth-related matters.

One of the key topics was the “Building the Future” project, designed to foster unity among Iraqi and Kurdish youth through seasonal activities.

Additionally, plans were made for a youth tent event in Baghdad, accommodating 500 participants, as proposed by the Ministry of Sports and Youth.

Moreover, decisions were reached to grant professional work permits to individuals under 35, enabling them to establish travel agencies, restaurants, and cafes with subsidized wages.

The meeting also endorsed the establishment of clubs dedicated to robotics and artificial intelligence, along with defining criteria for recognizing and awarding innovation medals to young inventors.
