In comparison to last year's total revenue of 904 billion IQD for these areas, this year's total collections stand at 412 billion IQD to date.

These revenues are entirely non-oil based, collected via six primary treasuries across Slemani, Garmian, Raperin, Chamchamal, and Halabja. 

The Shafafiyat website, launched in 2022 by Kurdistan Regional Government Deputy Prime Minister Qubad Talabani, serves as the primary platform for monitoring regional income and provides daily public updates.

The platform tracks data input by 828 public employees across 28 ministries, 109 general directorates, and hundreds of local departments.
