In a collaborative effort with Rojava’s autonomous administration, Russia has successfully repatriated 32 children of Russian-born ISIS fighters from camps in Rojava.

The Russian Commission for the Rights of the Child announced the return of these children of Russian origin, highlighting that a total of 546 children from families linked to ISIS have been brought back to Russia from Rojava of Kurdistan.

The ongoing efforts to repatriate individuals associated with ISIS have gained momentum in recent years.

Authorities in Western countries have been repeatedly urged to take responsibility for repatriating their citizens, marking a significant step towards addressing the aftermath of the ISIS conflict.
