The Kurdish and Albanian officials discussed the importance of launching a direct flight route between Sulaymaniyah and Tirana

Talabani said that the party’s demands “reflect the people's desires for improved governance and achieving a fair and strong government capable of serving all regions without discrimination.”

The KRG and Iraqi team “reaffirmed the commitment of all parties to the terms of the agreement to protect the shared borders and to prevent any violations that could affect the security of the region.”

During the talks, Qubad Talabani “praised the Albanian government's reform efforts, specifically highlighting their work in modernization, institutional strengthening, and infrastructure development.” 

Speaking to Channel8, Dilan Ghafoor said that lifting parliamentary immunity is a “purely legal process” within the authorized jurisdiction of the parliament. 

As his mission came to an end, Talabani “expressed his gratitude and appreciation for his impactful role in the Kurdistan Region, wishing him success in his future duties.”
