Turkey detains 30 migrants in Edirne, Bursa

Turkish security forces arrested 30 migrants in Edirne and Bursa, the majority Syrians.

The governor of Edirne in northwest Turkey announced in a statement that the gendarme began an operation and as a result, they have arrested 11 migrants, the majority Syrian, and have transferred them to the Migration and Immigration Administration.

The branch of the Bursa security administration also said they were fighting against people smuggling, and that their forces arrested 19 people who entered Turkey illegally in an effort to cross over to Europe.
