In a recent incident in the Hawija district of Kirkuk province, four individuals fell victim to poisoning, resulting in the death of one person.
Saman Yaba, the director of health information in Kirkuk, disclosed to Channel8 that the affected individuals, all belonging to the same family and residents of Hawija district, were poisoned subsequent to their dinner.
Yaba further elaborated, stating, “One of the victims is presently receiving medical attention at Hawija district hospital, while the other two have been transferred to Kirkuk Teaching Hospital and Azadi Teaching Hospital, where they are currently receiving intensive medical care.”
