In a statement released on Sunday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar strongly condemned the recent attack on the Khor Mor gas field in Iraq’s Kurdistan.
The attack resulted in the tragic loss of four Yemeni workers, with two others sustaining injuries.
The Ministry reiterated Qatar’s unwavering stand against violence, terrorism, and criminal acts, emphasizing that such acts are unacceptable regardless of their motivations.
Furthermore, the statement expressed full solidarity with the Republic of Iraq, pledging support for all measures taken by the country to safeguard its security and stability.
Qatar extended its heartfelt condolences to the families of the victims and the government and people of Yemen, while also wishing a swift recovery for those injured in the attack.
