In an effort to bolster ties and seek support for regional stability, Bafel Jalal Talabani, the President of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), held a significant meeting with Congressman Tim Burchett of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the House of Representatives (R) in Washington, DC.
