According to updated revenue data for Slemani and Halabja provinces, out of the total non-oil revenue, 40 billion and 434 million IQD was collected in cash, while 9 billion and 126 million IQD was received via checks.

Additionally, a minor sum of 62,750 IQD was processed through clearing systems.

From the beginning of the year through the end of August, cumulative non-oil revenues for the governorates of Slemani, Halabja, and the independent administrations reached 425 billion and 987 million IQD.

Within this total, 361 billion IQD was collected in cash, 63 billion IQD via checks, and 1 billion IQD through clearing systems.

Consequently, the region's average monthly non-oil revenue is estimated at 53 billion and 248 million IQD.

These metrics reflect strictly non-oil cash, checks, and clearing flows collected through six major municipal treasuries spanning Slemani, Garmian, Raperin, Chamchamal, and Halabja.
