The National Security Council of Turkey has affirmed its vigilant monitoring of the recent surge in PKK attacks targeting Turkish embassies and citizens across Europe.
President Recep Tayyip Erdogan expressed his satisfaction with the deepening of the strategic coordination framework between Turkey and Iraq.
According to a statement, “The focus remains on sustaining collaborative efforts with Iraq in various key areas such as security, economy, energy, and transportation.”
The statement further emphasized, “We remain closely observant of the assaults by PKK, YPG, PYD, and KJK on our diplomatic missions and citizens in Europe.”
