Armenia and Azerbaijan revealed on Tuesday that they have initiated the process of fixing their shared border in an attempt to normalize relations between the historic enemies, who have been entangled in a territorial dispute spanning several decades.

According to Azerbaijan’s interior ministry, specialized teams are currently engaged in the “clarification of coordinates through geodetic surveys of the area.”

On the other hand, Armenia’s interior ministry has made it clear that there will be no cession of any of Armenia’s sovereign territories to Baku as a consequence of the border delineation.
