Qatar reiterated on Tuesday that the political leadership of Hamas will remain in Doha to support mediation efforts for ending the Gaza conflict.
Foreign ministry spokesperson Majed al-Ansari stated at a press briefing that as long as their presence contributes positively to the mediation process, they will be hosted in Qatar.
He also mentioned that Qatar is consistently evaluating its role as a mediator.
