Iraq comes in at fourth place in Arab world real estate market

Iraq has come in fourth in the Arab world in the real estate market this year, according to Statista, a German online data platform.
The site ranked 14 countries from the Arab real estate market and notched Saudi Arabia at the top with a mark of $2.1 billion, followed by Morocco at $1.63 billion.
Egypt also came in ahead of Iraq, Statista said, with a value of $1.45 billion. Iraq’s share was $1.12 billion and has a growth rate of six percent.
Oman and Bahrain trailed behind Iraq with values of $325 million and $85 million, respectively, with four percent growth rates.
