After a meeting, the Coordination Framework reiterated its backing for the rulings of the Iraqi Federal Court and urged all parties to adhere to the court’s decisions.

In a statement, the Coordination Framework emphasized the importance of respecting the separation of powers, saying that no authority should dominate over another to maintain constitutional balance, ensuring the protection of the constitution in decision-making, implementation, and oversight.

"We respect the work of the Federal Supreme Court and its President, Jasem Mohammad Abbood, and call on everyone to respect the court’s decisions and not to underestimate its importance,” it added.

“All parties of the Coordination Framework should adhere to the rulings of the Federal Court, even if they may not align with their own interests as this is within the framework of commitment to respect the judiciary and the Iraqi constitution.”
