Lufthansa Extends Airspace Avoidance Over Iran and Iraq Until August 13

German airline Lufthansa announced on Wednesday that it will continue to avoid Iranian and Iraqi airspace until August 13, due to ongoing tensions in the Middle East.

 The airline also extended the suspension of flights to Tel Aviv, Tehran, Beirut, Amman, and Erbil until the same date, according to a company statement.
