Kurdistan Oil Fields Reach 285,000 Barrels Daily, Projected to Hit 346,000 by Year-End

According to the latest report on daily output from Kurdistan Region’s oil fields, total production from nine major fields has reached 285,000 barrels per day prior to the resumption of exports.

 Domestic Sales and Present Status

Out of the 285,000 barrels produced daily, 30,000 barrels are allocated to companies operating in the Tawke region, namely DNO (Norwegian) and Genel Energy (Turkish), which are sold on the domestic market.

Future Projections

Based on available data and field capacity, it is projected that by the end of the year (within the next three months), production capacity could return to full levels, reaching a total daily output of 346,000 barrels.
