According to the data of the Shafafiat (transparency) platform, a website that publishes daily non-oil revenue data to promote transparency and public oversight, the total non-oil revenue in the Sulaymaniyah and Halabja provinces reached 685 billion 437 million dinars in the first nine months of this year, which is a monthly average of 76 billion 159 million dinars.

The total non-oil revenue of Sulaymaniyah and Halabja provinces and the Garmian and Raperin administrations in September was 62 billion 433 million dinars.

Revenue in September was 54 billion 701 million dinars in cash and 7 billion 728 million dinars in checks. This revenue decreased by 12% compared to August, which was 70 billion 881 million dinars.

Revenue Collection Process Detailed on Shafafiat Platform

Non-oil revenues in Sulaymaniyah are collected through six treasuries and recorded on the Shafafiat platform by 828 employees, sourced from 28 ministries and boards, 109 general directorates, 516 directorates, and 781 departments.
