Al-Sudani Expresses Sorrow Over Kirkuk Traffic Incident and Orders Support for Victims' Families

Iraq's prime minister has directed the relevant authorities to provide all necessary services to those injured in Kirkuk incident and to investigate the circumstances surrounding it.

Condolences to the Victims and Their Families

Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammad Shia al-Sudani issued an official statement expressing deep sorrow over Kirkuk traffic incident, which resulted in the deaths and injuries of several citizens. He extended his condolences to the families of the victims and "wished a speedy recovery to the injured."

Orders to Provide Support and Take Legal Action

Al-Sudani directed the relevant authorities "to communicate with the families of the victims and the injured, provide the necessary support and care, and take all legal measures." He also ordered that appropriate legal measures be taken against those responsible for the incident.

A Call for Stricter Road Safety Measures

In his statement, al-Sudani stressed the need to ensure safety measures on the roads and to strictly enforce traffic regulations to prevent similar tragic incidents from recurring, which could cause loss of life and property for citizens.
