The Kurdistan Region Security Agency announced that five separate strikes targeted the Surdash camp in the Sulaymaniyah Governorate on Monday night.

In a statement released on Tuesday, the agency clarified that the camp—located in the town of Dukan, which houses Iranian Kurdish opposition groups—was struck by two missiles and three drones at 10:05 PM yesterday.

The agency confirmed that no casualties were reported.

Meanwhile, air defense systems intercepted two drones targeting Erbil's Jezhnikan camp on Friday, causing no casualties or material damage.

Ongoing Attacks on Kurdistan Despite Ceasefire

The incident comes amid a series of attacks targeting the Kurdistan Region, which persist despite the announced ceasefire currently in place between the United States and Iran.

A total of 600 drone and missile strikes targeting the Kurdistan Region have resulted in 143 casualties, including individuals who lost their lives or were wounded.
