Bahrain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs issued a strong condemnation on Saturday after Iran launched missile strikes targeting both Bahrain and Kuwait.

According to officials, the two Gulf nations intercepted seven missiles fired by the Islamic Republic.

In its statement, Bahrain, home to the U.S. Fifth Fleet, denounced the attacks as “blatant aggression” and described them as a “flagrant violation of the sovereignty of both countries.”

The ministry emphasized solidarity with Kuwait and reaffirmed its rejection of any actions that threaten regional stability.
