First responders are conducting a thorough, ongoing investigation to determine the extent of any civilian casualties, injuries, or material damage resulting from the explosions. No official casualty figures have been released as the active site assessment continues.

The regional government has not yet formally attributed the attack, which occurred in a geographical area that has previously been subjected to cross-border military strikes.
