Regarding the meeting, al-Halbousi’s Media Office also issued a statement, saying that the talks "emphasized the importance of joint cooperation and coordination between Iraqi political forces and parties to support the federal government in implementing its ministerial program and fulfilling the aspirations of citizens from all components."
The leaders also "addressed developments in regional and international situations and the challenges facing the region, while reaffirming the importance of unifying national stances to serve Iraq's interests and safeguard its security and stability."
