The meeting took place in Slemani’s Dabashan on Sunday, with PUK Political Bureau members Shalaw Kosrat Rasul and Youssef Goran in attendance. 

The discussions "focused on discussing the latest political developments and updates," according to Talabani’s office.

The two leaders emphasized the necessity of bilateral cooperation to resolve ongoing disputes between Erbil and Baghdad "through mutual understanding and constitutional principles." 

They further underscored that any prospective solutions must comprehensively safeguard the legal rights of all citizens.
