Iran’s Ministry of Health recently declared that all health services for children under the age of seven will be provided free of charge at medical centers nationwide.

According to the ministry, this free service will encompass all departments, and it is mandatory for all health centers to comply with these directives.

The range of services covered under this initiative includes examinations, anesthesia, surgeries, sampling, medication, and monitoring.

In the event that children do not receive the required health services at urban or town health centers, their families have the option to lodge a complaint through a designated telephone number, as stated by the Ministry of Health.

Additionally, Qubad Mohammadi, the president of Kermanshah Medical University, confirmed that they have informed families in the province about the availability of these free services.
