The health ministry based in Hamas-controlled Gaza has announced that the death toll from the ongoing war between Israel and Palestinian militants has climbed to 31,045 as of Sunday.
This figure includes 85 new fatalities in the past 24 hours alone.
The ministry further revealed that 72,654 individuals have sustained injuries in Gaza since the conflict commenced on October 7 following attacks by Hamas militants on Israel.
