Metrics from the Shafafiat (transparency) platform reveal that non-oil revenues in Slemani and Halabja experienced a notable rebound in September, climbing by 10.8% compared to the previous month.

According to updated revenue data for Slemani and Halabja provinces, out of the total non-oil revenue, 51 billion and 414 million IQD was collected in cash, while 12 billion and 949 million IQD was received via checks. 

Additionally, a sum of 4 million and 873 thousand IQD was processed through clearing systems.

From the beginning of the year through the end of September, cumulative non-oil revenues for the governorates of Slemani, Halabja, and the independent administrations reached 498 billion and 824 million IQD. 

Within this total, the fiscal performance continues to be anchored by digital accountability across multiple local departments. Consequently, the region's revised average monthly non-oil revenue is estimated at 55 billion and 424 million IQD.
